Return Window for Indian Customers
1-Day Return Policy
You can return eligible products within 1 day (24 hours) from the date of delivery. The 1-day period starts from the date you receive the product.
Returns must be initiated within 1 day of deliveryEligible Return Reasons:
- • Product received is damaged or defective
- • Wrong product, size, or color delivered
- • Product does not match the description on website
- • Missing items or accessories from the package
- • Quality issues or manufacturing defects
Important: Return Charges
• Free Returns: If product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
• Customer Pays Shipping: For size/fit issues, change of mind, or non-defective returns
• Reverse shipping charges (typically ₹50-150) will be deducted from refund amount
Returnable Product Categories
The following product categories are eligible for returns within 7 days, subject to the conditions mentioned:
Clothing & Apparel
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags
Footwear
Condition: Unworn, original box and packaging intact
Accessories
Condition: Unused, original packaging with all components
Fashion Jewelry
Condition: Unworn, original packaging, no signs of wear
Non-Returnable Product Categories
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or policy reasons:
Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments
Socks, stockings, and hosiery
Swimwear and beachwear
Personalized or customized items
Sale items marked 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'
Products purchased during flash sales or clearance
Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
Products showing signs of use or wear
Please check product descriptions carefully. Non-returnable items are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.
Return Conditions & Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Product Condition:
- ✓ Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- ✓ In original condition with no signs of wear
- ✓ No stains, marks, or alterations
- ✓ No odor (perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc.)
Packaging & Tags:
- ✓ Original brand tags attached and intact
- ✓ Price tags and labels not removed
- ✓ Original packaging/box included
- ✓ All accessories and freebies included
Documentation:
- ✓ Original invoice/bill included
- ✓ Authenticity certificate (if provided)
- ✓ Warranty card (if applicable)
- ✓ Return authorization number obtained
Timeline:
- ✓ Return initiated within 7 days of delivery
- ✓ Product shipped back within 48 hours of approval
- ✓ Product received at our warehouse within 10 days
Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size and color variations on eligible products, subject to availability.
Exchange Conditions:
- • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- • Product must meet all return conditions mentioned above
- • Desired size/color must be in stock at the time of request
- • Exchange shipping charges may apply (₹50-150 each way)
- • Only one exchange allowed per order
If the desired size/color is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Order Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Within 6 hours of order placement
Full refund within 5-7 business days
Partial Refund
10-20% processing fee deducted
Subject to approval, refund in 7-10 days
No Cancellation
Order cannot be cancelled
Standard 7-day return policy applies after delivery

Refund Process & Timeline
How Refunds Work:
- 1. Return product received and inspected at our warehouse (2-3 days)
- 2. Quality check to verify return conditions are met (1-2 days)
- 3. Refund approved and processed (1 day)
- 4. Amount credited to original payment method (3-7 business days)
Prepaid Orders (Online Payment):
Refund to original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet)
Timeline: 5-10 business days
COD Orders (Cash on Delivery):
Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to provided account details
Timeline: 7-10 business days after account verification
Refund Amount Calculation:
Refund = Product Price - Return Shipping Charges - Processing Fee (if applicable)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• COD charges (if paid) are non-refundable
• Discount coupons will be refunded to Flumbee wallet (cannot be refunded to payment method)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step-by-Step Process:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Step 2: Provide order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Step 3: Receive Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Step 4: Pack product securely with all accessories and original packaging
- Step 5: Ship product to our return address (we'll arrange pickup for eligible cases)
- Step 6: Track your return shipment and await inspection
- Step 7: Receive refund/exchange confirmation once approved
