Shipping Policy

We deliver across 14,000+ pin codes in India.

This Shipping Policy explains how Flumbee, operated by Medilipse LLP, processes, ships, and delivers your orders. Please read this carefully before placing an order. By purchasing on flumbee.in, you agree to the terms described below.

§01

Order Processing

All orders placed on Flumbee are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or on a non-business day will begin processing the next business day.

Sent to your registered email and phone immediately after payment

Dispatch Confirmation

Sent with tracking number once your order is picked up by courier

During peak sale periods (festive seasons, flash sales), processing times may extend to 3–4 business days. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Note for North Tripura customers: Kumarghat and surrounding areas in North Tripura may experience extended delivery times of 10–15 business days due to geographical constraints. We appreciate your patience and are actively working to improve delivery speeds in this region.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, and delivery location. The applicable charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping Partners

Flumbee uses Shiprocket as its primary logistics platform. Shiprocket intelligently assigns the best courier partner for your pin code and order type, ensuring the fastest and most reliable delivery. Courier partners dispatched through Shiprocket include:

The courier partner assigned to your shipment will be shown in your dispatch confirmation email along with a Shiprocket tracking link. You can also track your order directly at shiprocket.co/tracking using your AWB number. Flumbee reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier for your pin code via Shiprocket's smart allocation system.

§05

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order through:

Flumbee Website: Log in to your account → "My Orders" → Track Order.

Courier Website: Use the tracking number provided in your dispatch email on the courier's website.

Customer Support: Email us at support@flumbee.in with your order ID for a status update.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

§06

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your shipping address. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.

If you miss a delivery attempt, contact the courier directly using the tracking number to reschedule.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, a refund will be issued after deducting forward and return shipping charges.

Re-delivery of returned orders may attract additional shipping charges.

§07

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Flumbee takes care to ensure your products are securely packaged. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit:

Important: All damage or incorrect item complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible for replacement or refund under our damage policy.

If your package arrives damaged:

Do not accept the package if the outer packaging is visibly tampered with or severely damaged.

Photograph and/or video the sealed package and damaged product immediately upon opening.

Report the damage to support@flumbee.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos, a short video if possible, and your order ID.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation, typically within 3–5 business days.

If your package is lost in transit:

Contact us at support@flumbee.in if your Shiprocket tracking shows no update for more than 5 business days.

We will initiate an investigation with Shiprocket and the assigned courier partner.

A replacement or full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days of confirmed loss.

Return Window

For standard returns and exchanges (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), you have 1 days from the date of delivery to raise a return request.Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Return pickups are facilitated through Shiprocket's reverse logistics network. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

§08

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Flumbee ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, we are unable to ship to:

PO Box addresses or army postal service (APS) addresses.

Certain remote pin codes where our logistics partners do not operate.

Areas under delivery restriction due to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government directives.

If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout before placing your order. International shipping may be introduced in future — stay tuned to our social media channels for updates.

§09

Delays Beyond Our Control

Flumbee and Medilipse LLP shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones)

Strikes or labour disputes

Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns

Pandemic or public health emergencies

Severe weather conditions

Customs or regulatory delays

Civil unrest or political disturbances

Technical failures of third-party logistics

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate updates and minimise delays. Orders will not be cancelled automatically due to force majeure delays.
