If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Flumbee is operated by Medilipse LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India (LLPIN: [ACG-5994]), with its registered office at 38, 51 Netaji Choumani, Kumarghat, North Tripura – 799264, Tripura, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Flumbee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are found to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.

Flumbee offers authentic fashion products from premium brands across India. All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing: All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Product Images: We endeavour to display product images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions. This does not constitute a defect in the product.

Authenticity: All products sold on Flumbee are 100% authentic. If you receive a product you believe to be inauthentic, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

Flumbee accepts payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other methods available through our payment partner Razorpay. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS).

By placing an order, you authorise Flumbee and its payment processors to charge the total amount (including taxes and shipping fees) to your selected payment method.

Failed Transactions: If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount will typically be reversed within 5–7 business days by your bank. Flumbee is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select orders and pin codes. Refusing a COD order repeatedly may result in suspension of COD privileges for your account.

Flumbee delivers across 14,000+ pin codes in India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, and logistics partner conditions.

Flumbee is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

We want you to love what you order. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange within 1 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. For full details, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

All content on the Flumbee Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Medilipse LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

"Flumbee" and related logos and marks are trademarks of Medilipse LLP. Unauthorised use of any Flumbee trademark is strictly prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Flumbee does not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flumbee and Medilipse LLP disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medilipse LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agartala, Tripura, India.

Notwithstanding the above, Flumbee reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights.
