This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order placed on Flumbee, operated by Medilipse LLP. Please read carefully — cancellation eligibility depends on the stage your order is at when the request is made. By placing an order on flumbee.in, you agree to this policy.

§01

Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation at any time before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner Shiprocket, cancellation is no longer possible from our end.

Tip: If you need to cancel urgently, contact us immediately at support@flumbee.in or call us during business hours. Orders in the "Packed" stage may still be cancellable if our team can intervene before Shiprocket picks up the shipment.

How to Cancel Your Order

There are three ways to request a cancellation:

Cancel via My Orders (Fastest)

1.

Log in to your account on flumbee.in.

2.

Navigate to "My Orders" from your account dashboard.

3.

Select the order you wish to cancel.

4.

Click "Cancel Order" and select a reason from the dropdown.

5.

Confirm cancellation — you will receive an email confirmation instantly.

Cancel via Email

1.

Email support@flumbee.in with the subject line: "Order Cancellation – [Your Order ID]".

2.

Include your registered email address and reason for cancellation.

3.

Our team will process your request within 2–4 business hours.

Cancel via Phone

1.

Call us at +91 9041619544 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM IST).

2.

Provide your Order ID and registered mobile number for verification.

3.

Our support agent will confirm the cancellation on the call.

Cancellation by Order Status

Status: Pending / Confirmed

Your order can be cancelled immediately and without any issue. A full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Status: Processing / Packed

Cancellation may still be possible but is not guaranteed. Contact our support team immediately. If our warehouse team can intercept the order before Shiprocket pickup, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been picked up, cancellation will not be possible.

Status: Dispatched / Shipped / Out for Delivery

Cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched via Shiprocket. You may refuse the delivery at the door; however, please note that forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, wait to receive the order and initiate a return within 1 days of delivery.

Refunds on Cancellation

Upon successful cancellation, refunds are processed as follows:

Refund timelines are estimates. Actual credit depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable if the order has already been picked up by Shiprocket.

For COD cancellations, please email support@flumbee.in with your bank account details (account number, IFSC, account holder name) for NEFT transfer.

Flumbee is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways after we initiate the refund.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

Orders that have already been dispatched via Shiprocket.

Personalised or customised products (e.g., embroidered or printed items).

Items marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.

Orders placed using special promotional codes that explicitly state "Non-Cancellable".

Gift cards and digital products.

Flash sale or limited-time deal orders once the sale window has closed.

If you receive a defective or incorrect non-cancellable item, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will review and resolve such cases on a priority basis.

Cancellation by Flumbee

Flumbee or Medilipse LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. This may occur in the following situations:

The product is out of stock or discontinued after your order was placed.

Pricing errors or technical glitches resulted in an incorrect price being displayed.

Suspected fraud, unauthorised or duplicate transactions.

The delivery address is located in an unserviceable pin code.

Failure to verify payment or detect a chargeback on a previous order.

Force majeure events that prevent fulfilment.

In all cases where Flumbee initiates a cancellation, you will be notified via email and/or SMS, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

§07

Post-Delivery: Returns & Exchanges Instead

If your order has already been delivered and you wish to send it back, cancellation no longer applies. You must use our Return & Exchange process instead.

Return Window

Raise a return request within 1 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.Return pickups are handled through Shiprocket's reverse logistics.

Damage Reporting

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video to support@flumbee.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
